Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) works with customer-unique agreements. In the absence of an agreement, general conditions apply between Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) and the customer, see below. 

Order

All orders placed via the online store are confirmed with an order confirmation that is sent to the e-mail address that the customer himself provided when applying for an account. The order confirmation is sent to the customer within 24 hours of placing the order. Remarks against the order confirmation must be made within five working days. 

Delivery

Delivery terms according to the agreement and shipping cost according to the customer's agreement. In general, free shipping within Sweden applies to orders over 3,000 SEK.

Payment terms

According to agreement. When registering as a business customer with Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB), information on payment terms is obtained. Generally, 30 days net with the right to a credit check applies. 

Complaints

Transport damage

Any transport damage must be reported immediately by the recipient to the transport company. The recipient must note on receipt that the goods are damaged or if any package is missing. If no notification has been made to the forwarder, Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) cannot accept it as transport damage. 

Other complaint

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. It can be about functional, material and manufacturing defects on goods that you bought from us. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival. Any comments on the goods must be made within seven working days of receiving the goods. A complaint must be made in writing to Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) via e-mail to: order@varnamoofsweden.se

Return

Returns of purchased goods are only accepted after contact with Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) and after the buyer has received the return approval. Return takes place later by agreement. 

Guarantee 

All products in our range have a warranty period of three years unless otherwise stated. Provided that the product has been used in a normal way. The guarantee does not apply to so-called normal wear and tear.

Prices

Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) reserves the right to change prices in case of changes in raw material price increases, shipping costs, taxes, duties, inflation or other public charges. Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) has the right to adjust the price of its goods once a year without notifying the customer. In case of several price adjustments, the customer must be informed before Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) carries out the price adjustment.

Webshop and its content 

Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) reserves the right for possible typographical errors, errors in images and how the colors of the images are reproduced on the monitor. Varnamo of Sweden (Värnamo Sängkläder AB) also reserves the right that products may be discontinued or updated without notice.
